James has been an attorney for 18 years. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a double major in English and Political Science and later graduated from Washington University School of Law. He worked at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri for 12 years. In 1998, he helped launch one of St. Louis’ most successful interpreting agencies – DEAF Way Interpreting Services – and in 2013, he helped launch another successful sign language interpreting program at LAMP. In October of 2014, he started his own legal consulting business – Accessible Strategies Group, LLC. In September of 2017, he entered into a business partnership with Anne Frost to purchase Metro Deaf Interpreting Services (now known as Signing Edge) from Angeline Early Exton.
Anne has been a deaf advocate for approximately 10 years. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA. She has a varied work history, working as a substitute teacher for the Special School District, as support staff for Bridge Community Support Service, as an independent living specialist at Paraquad, Inc, as a sign language instructor at DEAF Way Interpreting Services and currently as a Disability Determinations Counselor for the State of Missouri. In September of 2017, she entered into a business partnership with James Frost to purchase Metro Deaf Interpreting Services (now known as Signing Edge) from Angeline Early Exton.
